The Fix

Acuity Edge through strategic partners developed a custom software specifically for the needs of the trucking company. The development started in late 2020 and took a little over a year to complete, being fully integrated by the end of the year in 2021. The primary goal of this software is to act as a hub for all of the company's operations. This includes housing customer information, driver information, invoicing and accounting, order creation and tracking, internal communication, documentation, and more.

Outcome & Success

2022 Gross sales soared to $6,000,000 after a full year of using the new software. Previously, the company would struggle to break $2.1 million due to operational limitations in the system they were using prior to partnering with Acuity Edge. The company also saw an outstanding 40% profit in 2022, versus 21% in the previous year, truly a remarkable success.
