How They Found Acuity Edge

When they were just one location, one of the owners of the dental practice reached out to Acuity Edge looking to improve their website and employ a stronger web presence through search engine optimization. It was their belief that improving their website and online presence will help them better compete in their city and show up higher in Google than their competitors, leading to more patients and increased revenue.

Client Situation

The practice was located in a multi-tenant building on the third floor. Despite their smaller footprint, they had excellent Google reviews with hundreds of customers raving about the great experience they had at the practice. They were extremely proud of the experience they had built for their customers and made sure it was front and center in all of their marketing. This marketing largely included community events, social media and being featured in local magazines.


Unfortunately, when COVID-19 struck, it was time for a new marketing strategy — getting their business in front of the customers that are looking for their services and are ready to buy. Action Plan

The Fix

The campaign started in late 2020 and continues to this day. Roughly six months after the launch of their new website and digital marketing strategy, the traffic to their website had doubled and their qualified leads increased by 22%.


By the end of 2022, their website traffic was up over 600% and they were ranking #1 for multiple keywords that were extremely valuable in their industry. They were even ranking higher than practices that have been in business three times longer. Best of all, with digital marketing, Acuity helped the dental practice accurately track and forecast their average leads through detailed reporting. This helped them estimate their potential revenue both short and long term.


The campaign was and continues to be a great success, but what happened next is what was truly special.

Outcome & Success

Since implementing the marketing strategy in 2020, the dental practice was well positioned to capitalize on opportunities that would present themselves in 2022. Not only was the dental practice able to acquire closing dental practices in the area for additional locations, they were able to create a second practice under a new name to target a larger market in the area.


As of late 2023, the dental practice has 8 locations between their two brands. Their website traffic has never been higher and the amount of new patients they receive from their digital marketing is at an all time high. Additionally, their total digital marketing investment went from $20k per month down to $14k per month while improving their overall results.
