VJ Jonusas has over 40 years’ experience in a wide variety of disciplines bringing a unique blend of capabilities to his current firm located in Leawood, Kansas, and in 2021 a satellite office in Phoenix, Arizona.

As an M&A specialist and business consultant, VJ assists entrepreneurs launch, grow and exit ownership. He has owned eight companies himself since 1982. With over 1000 successful transactions under his belt as either lead or assisting the several dozen intermediaries he has mentored and employed.

VJ has negotiated and structured some of the most complex transactions in the industry assisting owners further their goals over their ownership lifecycle. Typically as the project lead, mentor, and coach, VJ's strengths focus on designing growth to exit strategies within documented roadmaps for his clients.
