Christopher’s journey began as a Sales Representative, where he quickly distinguished himself through his keen understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. His natural flair for communication and negotiation combined with a relentless pursuit of excellence, soon saw him rising through the ranks.

Expertise in Sales Consulting:
Chris’ expertise in sales was not limited to direct front line selling. He transitioned to sales consulting, where he leveraged his deep understanding of sales processes to advise businesses on strategy, team building, and effective sales practices. His consulting tenure is marked by numerous successes, helping struggling sales departments and sales managers become profitable.

Leadership in Sales Training & Management:
As Director of Admissions for several Career Colleges he quickly became Chief Admissions officer for one of the largest Career Colleges in the nation. As a sales manager in the Business to Business sales arena, he implemented innovative strategies that significantly increased sales performance and growth. His leadership style, characterized by a mix of empathetic coaching, clear communication, and strategic foresight, fostered high-performing sales teams known for their resilience and results-oriented approach.

Entrepreneurial Ventures And Business Ownership:
Christopher’s venture into business ownership was a natural progression of his career. He founded, produced and hosted Power Trading Radio for a decade. The show aired weekends locally on KMBZ and KCMO Talk Radio. The show was successfully syndicated in large city markets across the country. He purchased an underperforming educational franchise. Chris used a creative approach to marketing and leaned into his sales acumen to create efficiencies and broaden business operations and sales. His entrepreneurial efforts were not only commercially successful but also set benchmarks in terms of business ethics, employee retention, customer service and increases in sales revenue. His business would boast of 50% annual increases in sales for the first 9 years and with just 7 employees.

Throughout his career, Christopher Crum has been a mentor to aspiring sales professionals and entrepreneurs. Chris’ legacy is not just in the businesses he has built and the sales records he has shattered, but also in the countless individuals he guided towards their own professional successes.

Community Impact And Charity:
Chris and his wife Allison have been involved in many local and national charities over the years. Locally these include but are not limited to: Sheffield Place, Coats for Kids, the American Heart Association and The Make a Wish foundation. Both Chris and Allison are animal lovers and have donated thousands of dollars to animal shelters. Allison is an equestrian and has donated countless hours and cash to horse rescues across the US.
